A thorough examination of the cervical, thoracic, lumbar, pelvic spine and extremities. A health history review is conducted, focusing throughout the examination on the current symptoms and the reason for the visit. A physical examination comprising but not limited to posture and gait assessment, orthopedic tests, neurological tests, range of motion evaluation and palpation of the spine and surrounding tissues. Diagnostic imaging will be ordered if needed. Finally the diagnosis and the customized treatment plan will be discussed with focus on patient education.
